About the Candidate

Are you a driven, results-oriented individual who thrives on engaging with people? PHL Naturals is looking for an energetic and personable Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role involves:

  • Connecting with customers to understand their skincare needs.
  • Providing tailored product recommendations and skincare routines.
  • Building strong relationships that turn prospects into loyal, repeat customers.
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and outdoor marketing events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to discuss skincare needs.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers for recommended routines and products.

2. Outdoor Marketing

  • Represent PHL Naturals confidently at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events.
  • Approach new people, promote products, and gather leads with enthusiasm.

3. Skincare Consultation

  • Provide personalized skincare advice based on individual concerns.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and suitability.

4. Sales and Objection Handling

  • Professionally handle objections to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Recommend additional products to enhance customer routines.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport to foster trust and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

6. Team Collaboration

  • Share customer insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.

Key Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or field sales.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for outdoor marketing and approaching new people at events.
  • Passion for skincare products is a plus.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Proficient in computer skills, Google Suite, and familiarity with CRM tools.
